The intelligent unmanned overhead cranes developed by our company have achieved major technological breakthroughs in high-definition image recognition, high-precision positioning, efficient multi-machine collaboration, green energy conservation and environmental protection. Connected to MES and ERP systems to realize interconnection and intercommunication, these cranes perform unmanned hoisting operations for various steel products in the iron and steel industry (such as cold-rolled coils, hot-rolled coils, slabs, continuous casting slabs, H-beams, bars, plates, etc.), truly enabling the "dark factory" (a factory that operates fully automatically without manual intervention).


Resource Recycling


Relying on John Cockerill Acid Recycle Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd., our company has independently developed and launched small modular fluidized bed acid regeneration units. These units mainly consist of a reactor module, an absorption module, an oxide treatment module, etc. After treatment, waste acid produces regenerated acid and by-product iron oxide particles. The regenerated acid can be directly put into the main line for recycling, and the iron oxide particles are pollution-free, requiring no packaging and can be directly transported. They are widely used in various industries such as acid rolling, pickling, and galvanizing lines.
